Web18 Apr 2024 · In my opinion, taking a loan to invest in stock markets is not a good idea. The lowest cost of a personal loan will be 10-12% p.a. You must earn much more from your investments to justify the risk taken. And that’s not easy for most investors. Many investors try this (borrow money) to make quick listing gains in an IPO. It does not always work. WebIf you need to take a loan to invest you can’t afford to invest. Because I think I can get much better returns this way. By contributing $300 a month I could miss the very favorable market prices with majority of my contributed money (if the market stabilizes in a few years, let alone a few months).
