WitrynaI fermented it at 18C (65 F) and at 38C (100F) and both worked great. If you want a clean ferment go for the lower temperature. In my experience you will need to pitch kveik at normal rates / cell count if you ferment at low temperatures. It ferments really clean but kicks some sulphur. The sulphur goes away with some short conditioning.
